24 December 2013 – The representatives of the United Nations, the African Union, the European Union and France in the Central African Republic take note of the election of the President of the National Electoral Authority (NEA) and the swearing in of its members. The establishment of the NEA lays the ground work for future consultations and elections leading to the end of the transition process.
