Fermeture de BINUCA

Suite à l'adoption par le Conseil de sécurité de la résolution 2149 de 10 avril 2014, BINUCA a été incorporé dans la nouvelle opération de maintien de la paix- la Mission multidimensionnelle intégrée des Nations Unies pour la stabilisation en République centrafricane (MINUSCA).
